CUSTOMER AGREEMENT 客户协议
1. Introduction 介绍
1.1. This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered by and between Alpari (UK) Limited (hereinafter called the“Company”) and the customer who has completed the “Application to Open a Personal/Corporate Margin TradingAccount” Form (“Customer”).
这份客户协议（“协议”）由Alpari(UK) 有限公司（以下简称“公司”）与填写《个人/公司保证金交易开户申请表》的客户（以下简称客户）共同缔结。
1.2. The Company is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and entered on the FSA's Register of authorised persons with registration number 448002. It is registered in the UK, registered number 05284142. Its registered office is 25 Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY.
公司根据《2000金融服务和市场条款》的要求，接受英国金融监管局（FSA）授权和监管。同时公司被记入FSA官方人员注册登记薄，注册号码为448002。FSA官方人员注册登记薄在英国注册，注册号码为05284142，注册处为Moorgate, London EC2R 6AY.。
1.3. This Agreement with the Risk Acknowledgement and Disclosure attached to the schedule of this Agreement and the Terms of Business as amended from time to time in accordance with clause 21.1 (together, the “Operative Agreements”) set out the terms upon which the Company will deal with the Customer in respect of foreign exchange transactions and Contracts for Differences (CFDs). The dealings and relations between the Company and the Customer are subject to English law whether or not the terms of the Operative Agreements are accepted by the Customer and will
be conducted in the English language unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
本协议连同其附件中的《风险确认及公布》，以及按照21.1条款进行过多次修改的商务条款总称为《操作协议》。公司依据这一协议在外汇交易和合约差价领域为顾客提供服务。不论顾客是否接受《操作协议》中的规定，公司与顾客之间的交易与关系都受英国法律的约束，且都通过英语进行，另有约定的除外。
1.4. The Operative Agreements shall govern all trading activity and should be read carefully by the Customer. Amongst other things, they set out those matters which the Company is required to disclose to the Customer under the FSA Handbook of Rules and Guidance (“FSA Rules”).
所有交易活动都受《操作协议》的约束，因此，客户需认真阅读此协议。此外，协议还讲明了按照FSA条例手册及指南（FSA条款）的规定，应该向客户公布的相关事宜。
1.5. The defined terms used in this Agreement are set out in clause 31(“Interpretation of Terms”).
这份协议中的定义条款在条款31（《条款阐述》）中予以陈述。
2. Commencement 开始生效
2.1. The Operative Agreements will commence on the date on which the Customer receives notice from the Company in accordance with clause 3.1 and will continue unless or until terminated by either party in accordance with clause 21.
依照条款3.1，《操作协议》在客户收到公司通知之日开始生效。同时依照条款21，协议只有在任何一方终止履行时才会失效。
2.2. This Agreement is an initial service agreement which relates to a series of successive or separate operations including, without limitation, Transactions. The Customer has no right to cancel the Agreement on the basis that it is a distance contract (as defined in the FSA Rules)............
